Terms of Service

These terms apply to cleaning services booked with Yelitza Cleaning LLC (“we”, “us”). Booking a visit means you accept them. Questions before you book: call or text 561-884-5730.
1. What we do
We provide residential and commercial cleaning: deep cleaning, house cleaning, residential cleaning including move-in and move-out turnovers, regular and recurring cleaning, office cleaning, commercial cleaning and post-construction cleaning. We work across fourteen cities in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties and the Treasure Coast, and we operate between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
2. Estimates
Estimates are free and carry no obligation. We give a price only after seeing the actual space, either in person or through photos and a short video you send us. An estimate reflects the condition of the space and the scope described at the time it was given.
If, on arrival, the space is materially different from what was described, or you ask for work outside the agreed scope, we will tell you before continuing and agree a revised price with you first. We do not add charges after the fact.
3. Scope of work
What is included in a visit is agreed with you before the first visit. Anything not on that list is not part of the service unless we agree to add it.
At the end of the visit we walk the space with you where possible. If something in the agreed scope was missed, tell us before we leave and we will take care of it.
4. Access, pets and valuables
- You are responsible for giving us access to the property at the scheduled time, including keys, codes, gate access or building permissions.
- Please secure cash, jewellery, firearms, documents and other valuables before the visit.
- Tell us in advance about pets on the property and about any surface, appliance or material that needs special handling or should not be touched.
- Tell us in advance about anything on the property that is fragile, antique, or already damaged.
5. Scheduling, changes and cancellations
Let us know as early as you can if you need to move or cancel a visit, and we will do the same for you. If we cannot get access to the property at the scheduled time, the visit may need to be rescheduled.
Recurring clients are scheduled on a fixed day. If that day needs to change, we agree the new one with you rather than moving it unilaterally.
6. Payment
Payment is due for the service as agreed in the estimate. Prices are quoted per space and per scope, not as a published rate list.
Cleaning of nonresidential property in Florida is subject to state sales tax plus any applicable county surtax. Where that tax applies, it is added to the quoted price. Residential house cleaning is not subject to that tax.
7. No refunds
Yelitza Cleaning LLC does not issue refunds. That is exactly why the scope and the price are agreed with you before the first visit: you approve what is included before anyone starts. If something in the agreed scope was missed, tell us during the walkthrough at the end of the visit and we will take care of it then.
8. Liability
We take care in your home and in your business. If you believe something was damaged during a visit, tell us within 24 hours of that visit so we can look at it while the facts are fresh. Our responsibility is limited to the amount paid for the visit in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, items that were already loose or failing, or damage caused by a defect in the item itself.
We are not responsible for delays or missed visits caused by events outside our control, including weather, storm closures, road conditions, power or water outages, or loss of access to the property.
9. Your conduct
Our team works in a safe environment or it does not work. We may end a visit and leave if the property is unsafe, if there is aggressive or inappropriate behaviour towards any member of the team, or if conditions on site prevent the work from being done properly.
10. This website
The photographs on this site are of real work done by this team. Text, photographs and design on this site belong to Yelitza Cleaning LLC and may not be reused without permission. We may update the content of this site at any time.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute is handled in the courts serving Palm Beach County, Florida.
